3D rendering, Originally the house, as it shows, was designed for tile roof but during the structural design we decided to spend our money in a place that would add more value so we decided to use copper roof instead, to reduce the dead load and eliminate the steel moment frame. We also used a special Liquid to increase the speed of patina color creation. This nice feature in combination with the other valuable features led to selling the house at least %20 more than the neighborhood.
