This little building was a 500 S.F. work shop we added to our existing house. This was our first design build project that we did. It was located right on the freeway so our main concern was the tightness of the envelope. We used mainly fixed  dbl glazed windows with few operable windows for cross ventilation. White sand finish stucco in combination with white vinyl windows gave a modern look to this low cost work shop.
