·         Creating a flexible and open floor plan, with minimal area dedicated to hallways, helped us achieve all our space needs by adding only 600 S.F. to the existing 2000 S.F. home, instead of the 2500 S.F. allowable by local zoning codes.  The new home consists of 4 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large living and dining room area, and a large kitchen and family room area connected directly to the patio. The home has been radically transformed into a place of tranquility and peace.
